Exciting news for our valued customers! Starting June 1st, 2024, we are launching the Chevin Cycles Rider Rewards Scheme. With Rider Rewards, you can now earn points every time you shop with us, both in-store and online, and redeem those points for future purchases.

How it works

As a Rider Rewards member, you will automatically accrue points with every purchase. Enrolment is automatic for all customers with a valid email address.

Your points are calculated based on the following values and are credited to your account within 12 hours of purchase:

  • 1% on Bikes (£1 spent = 10 points = 1p)
  • 7% on parts, clothing & accessories (£1 spent = 70 points = 7p)

We will also run special promotions with enhanced point values from time to time.

Please note, sale items, purchases using finance or cycle to work schemes, workshop labour, external service work, administration charges (demo fees), and the purchase of gift cards are not eligible for Rider Rewards points.

Checking Your Balance

You can check your balance through our website if you have previously purchased from us online and have created an account. Alternatively, ask one of the members of staff in-store and they will be happy to check for you.

Terms & Conditions

  • Please note: Sale items and purchases using finance or cycle to work schemes do not accrue reward points.
  • We reserve the right to alter the points accrual values at any time without prior notice. Already accrued points will remain unaffected.
  • Points believed to be fraudulently accrued will be voided.
  • Rider Reward points expire 12 months after their original accrual.
  • Points are non-transferable and have no cash alternative.
  • Points are only accrued if the transaction is allocated to your customer details – another great reason to keep your information updated with us.
  • We reserve the right to exclude certain items and promotions from the Rider Reward scheme.  
  • If you return an item purchased with Rider Reward points, the points will be deducted from your refund.
  • You are unable redeem Rider Reward points against postage and shipping costs.
