In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your goods within 30 days of receiving your order for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food and underwear) can be returned to us for any reason provided it is returned in ‘showroom condition’, with its original packaging, tags and a valid receipt/delivery note.
Please Note: It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty, cards, manuals and accessories).
Customers are accountable for return shipping charges (excluding faulty items).
Please download, print, and complete a UK returns form, detailing each item you are returning, the reason why, and the desired action (exchange or refund).

Take the package to your nearest Post Office and be sure to obtain proof of postage. Without proof of postage, we cannot be held liable if the package goes missing or gets damaged.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days, and you will receive an email notification once this has been completed.
You can return an item(s) for free by visiting any of our stores
• Please bring the completed returns form along with the item(s) for processing.
• Our stores can process exchanges; however, all refunds will be processed by our web team within 3 working days of the return.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Please note if your payment was made by credit/debit card it may take up to 5 working days for a credit to show on your account.
In the unlikely event that an item you have bought from Chevin Cycles develops a fault, we will do everything we can to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
You always have the option of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 30 days of purchase.
If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period, we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
We do not cover faults covered by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and Debit card refunds must be refunded back to card used in the original purchase.
Any bikes held on deposit or Special Orders, which are later cancelled will be subject to a 10% reduction in the refund issued. This is to cover the charges involved with administration and restocking costs.
Cancellation made with 24 hours notice – NO CHARGE
Cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice – Charge of 25% of the original appointment price unless the appointment is re-booked for a future date on the day of cancellation.
Missed appointment without notice – A charge of the full price of the appointment
Whilst we do not like to charge for missed appointments, they can be extremely costly to us as a business. Please inform us at your earliest opportunity if you have any issue with the date/time of your booked appointment. By making a booking you are accepting the terms of our cancellation policy.
