Bike Price Match Policy

For over 40 years, our success as a family-owned retailer has been built on delivering exceptional service and expert advice that we believe is unmatched. While we remain committed to offering this high level of care, we also recognise the challenges customers face when comparing prices across different retailers.

We always strive to provide great value, and in some cases, this may mean we can match the price of a bike you’ve found elsewhere. If you find one of our bikes advertised at a lower price, we will do our best to match it where possible.

To submit a Price Match request, please complete the following form and a member of our team will get back to you.

Terms & Conditions

  • The bike must be identical in model, year, size, and colour to the one we offer.
  • The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase at the time of the request.
  • The competitor’s price must be publicly available and must not rely on voucher codes, personal discounts, loyalty schemes, or membership-exclusive prices.
  • Competitor delivery charges will be included when comparing prices.
  • The competitor’s product must be new and in the same condition as the bike offered by ourselves.
  • We reserve the right to decline any Price Match request at our discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
  • The chosen payment method, including Finance and Cycle to Work schemes, will be considered as part of the price match decision.
  • We do not offer retrospective Price Match
