Part-Time Sales Consultant (Sundays)

Are you passionate about cycling and delivering outstanding customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy helping people find the right products for their riding needs?

We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales Consultant to join the team at our award-winning Harrogate store on Sundays.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a key role in creating an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. Alongside shop-floor sales, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the store, including:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and expert advice across a wide range of bikes, clothing, accessories, and cycling equipment
  • Assisting customers with queries and building strong product knowledge
  • Processing sales accurately through our EPOS system
  • Monitoring stock levels and maintaining high store standards
  • Supporting visual merchandising and product displays
  • Assisting with deliveries and stock processing

 

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Be a keen cyclist with previous retail or customer-facing experience
  • Have a positive, enthusiastic, and approachable personality
  • Be confident in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
  • Have strong communication and organisational skills
  • Be reliable, methodical, and able to follow processes accurately
  • Be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative
  • Work well as part of a team in a busy retail environment
